Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Linkage, mail addy, mail attachment

Question
I have a new tecumseh 6 h.p.spring loaded go kart engine.I cant even get help at lawnmower shops. Most of the 6 h.p. engines have
a Idle link or tang to hook your springs too.Mine does not.It has two holes at the bottom of the governor side by side, one bigger than the other.Model# OH 195XA Spec# 71228J.Are there supposed to be solid links and etc.for this application. Also there is one hole at the bottom of the control assembly.2 lawnmower shops told me they were stumped.please help me.I have been at all of the tecumseh repair books. But it just shows the older models.I have a headache from this.I thankyou for listening.

Answer
Hello James:

>>I Called Tecumseh and Spoke with a Service Technician and they Sent me an E-mail Attachment of the Breakdown for this Engine.
>>I Tried to Send the Breakdown File as an Attachment, but the Attachment Features for this Site will Not Allow a PDF Image.
>>You can Send me Another Question Line, Mark it "Private" and Send me an E-mail Addy that I can E-mail the File to you or you can Contact Tecumseh Support @ 800-558-5402 and Select 1, then Select 3 and they may Send you the Same Breakdown. They had to Use the Spec Number (71228) to Locate the Breakdown.
>>The Breakdown will Assist you and me in Solving this Problem.
>>You can Send me Questions and Use the Breakdown Numbers for a Reference when you Ask the Questions and I can Better Assist you.
>>Please Remember that Tecumseh has "Gone Out of Business" and it is getting Harder to Locate Parts and Information on Some of these Units.
>>If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I Hope to be Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Happy. Thanks.

Good Luck
