Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): mower tire, rubber hammer, hp model

Question
I have a signature 2000 elite tm 12 1/2 hp, model # 286707, type 042001, code 91081311. I am try to find out how to take the back tire off, the bolt is out but the tire will not come out. I hope you can help.

>>Usually if the Rear Tire Rim is Frozen to the Axle, then you May need to Remove the Tire from the Rim and Heat the Rim Around the Axle to Loosen the Rim from the Axle.
