Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): huskee riding mower, safety switch, voltmeter

I have a huskee lt 4200 riding mower, it has been in storage due to the fact that the frame on it cracked almost completely in half and i had to get it welded back together because TSC refused to fix it. It is only 2 years old and I just replaced the battery on it and when i turn the key nothing happens, Any IDEAS???

Blown fuse or a safety switch is causing the problem.  Do you have a voltmeter?  What is the mower model number?  The model number I need is located on a sticker, about the size of a business card, usually located under the rear seat or fenders.  

Send me the mower model number so I can see if the wiring diagram is available.
