1967 FLH SHOVELHEAD,I TOOK PRIMARY OFF. NEED TO REMOVE PRIMARY CHAIN OFF FRONT, WHAT KIND OF TOOL DO I NEED FOR THIS. ALL OF MINE DO NOT WORK, THANKS

Answer
To remove the chain you have to remove the clutch basket as well as the motor sprocket. To remove the nut for the motor sprocket you need a 1 1/2 socket and an impact wrench. To remove the clutch basket you have to compress the springs on the clutch. remove the adjuster and put it back with a washer behind it and then turn the locknut on the adjuster. The will compress the springs and then you can take the retaining nuts off. Once the nuts are off remove the outer cover on the clutch and then the hub will slide off.
