Model 13AN683G163
Serial No. 1E133B30009

Answer
Hello Ann:

>>When the Unit will Not Move, is the Clutch Pedal/Lever Returning to it's Correct Position or is it Stopping Part of the Way up?
>>Is there any Noise when this Happens?
>>Bolens is an MTD Product.
>>You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Unit at this Site Addy, http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Select the Shop Online Parts Look Up. Then Select the Model Tab. Then Select the OEM (MTD) and Enter the Model Numbers (13AN683G163). Then Double Click on the Model in the Results Area. Now you can Select the Section of the Unit you Wish to View.
>>Select the Drive and Transmission File.
>>From your Description it can be the Variable Speed Pulley (#2) is Sticking and Not Sliding as Designed and Requires Cleaning and Light Lubrication or the Variable Speed Bracket (#4) is Sticking and Requires Cleaning and Light Lubrication.
>>If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Happy. Thanks.

Good Luck
