Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Briggs & Stratton Replacement, briggs stratton, kawasaki engines

Question
Can you please tell me what replacement motor I would choose for my MTD tiller?  It currently has a model 13092; type 1916-01; code 85011607 Briggs & Stratton

Answer
Hello Danny:

>>You can Usually Replace Tiller Engines with Any OEM (Briggs, Tecumseh, Honda, ect) that has the Same HP (or a little larger HP), the same Crankshaft Length and Diameter, the same Accessory Shafts (if any) and the Same Base Mounting Holes as the Current Engine.
>>I Suggest you Contact the Retailer you are looking at to Purchase the Replacement Engine and have them Assist you. They can Show you the Engines and you can get an Idea of the Price Range of the Different OEM's Replacement Engines.
>>I Like the Briggs and Honda Engines as a First Choice and then the Kawasaki Engines if I can Afford it.
>>If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Happy. Thanks.

Good Luck
