Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda HRR2163VXA Roto stop, honda lawnmower, hondapowerequipment

Question
The Roto Stop on my Honda lawnmower stays engaged and does not disengage. The mower starts with blade engaged, you do not have to hold  any lever or part.

Answer
Hello John:

>>You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower/Engine at this Site Addy, http://www.emerichsalesandservice.com/pages/parts/viewbybrand/16/HondaPowerEquip... Use the OEM Parts Diagrams Look Up by Model or the Quick Parts Look Up Window to Select and View a Breakdown/IPL for this Unit.
>>The Roto Stop Unit is Shown in the Rotary Blades (2) File.
>>The Actual Model Number is: HRR216K3 VXA.
>>From your Description it Sounds like the Roto Stop Clutch Spring (#14 in the Breakdown at the Site Addy I Provided) has Broken and Requires Replacing.
>>If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Happy. Thanks.
