Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 2006 Arctic Cat ATV, valve clearances, hello bill

Question
it will start and stall after a few seconds.  No interuption in fuel line, fuel pump works gas is getting to carb and plug sparks.  After it stalls it needs to sit for about 5 -10 minutes before it will start again. has not run for more than a few seconds at a time
