Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Jacobson 320E, side menu bar, shear bolts

Question
I was given a Jacobson 320E recently and while using it for the first time, the auger type blades decided to stop moving.  The engine still runs fine but it will not throw snow.  Are there shear pins on this type of thrower?  I can't find a manual or parts list to find out.  If so, where would they be located or am I looking at some extensive work to make this thing run again.  Thanks!

Answer
Hello Dave:

>>You can Visit the Jacobsen Site at http://www.jacobsen.com/americas?country=146 . Click on Genuine Parts (Top menu bar). Then Click on Online Parts Look up (Side menu bar). Then Select your language. Now Select the Model Tab. Now Enter your Model Number and Select Search.
>>Your Model Number should Contain 5 or 6 Digits and Some Contain 2 Letters also.
>>You can View Online Manuals at; http://www.jacobsenmanuals.com/ .
>>There are Shear Bolts in the Augers. They Hold the Augers to the Gear Box and will Shear if too much Pressure is Exerted on them.
>>If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Happy. Thanks.
