Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Age of craftsman equipment, Year of Manufacture

John, I would like to find the manufacturing date of two old pieces of Craftsman lawn and garden equipment I own. Craftsman two stage snowblower model #536.90524 HA 3 and a Eager 1 lawnmower model #131.978810
These old workhorses are still going strong and I would like to verify their true age as I inherited them from a family member close to 30 years ago. Thanks for your help!
