Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&S 3HP model 80202 sheared woodruff key, woodruff key, starter clutch

Question
I tried to replace a starter clutch and think I may not have tightened it enough.  Now it wont start.  It "pops" when I try to start it.  I took the starter clutch off again and it looks like the woodruff key on the flywheel may have sheared off.  So - my question, I suppose, is how can I get the flywheel off with a sheared woodruff key?  I'm just a DIYer with limited tools.  Also, assuming I cant do it myself, what should I expect a shop to charge to do it?  Thanks for your response - I'd really like to finish the job myself if I can.

Answer
It may require a special puller to get the flywheel off with a sheared key. But most of the time
you can just run the nut on the crankshaft even with the top of the crank and then put a socket over the nut. The hit the socket with a good sized hammer. This should jar the flywheel loose.
