Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Lawn Boy Lawn Mower doesnt stay running., fuel line, fuel filter

I have a Lawn Boy Silver Pro Dura Force 6.5 hp lawn mower.  model 957417 commercial grade.  Every time I start my mower I have to keep pushing the primer to keep it running until it warms up.  What should I be looking for to replace or repair?

Make sure you have FRESH fuel in the tank.  Fresh fuel means from the pump, not out of the can that has been in your garage since summer.

I would be looking at the fuel filter, fuel line and carb.  It sounds as though you have some obstructions in the carb nozzle.
