i have this snow blower the card needs to be set i was wondering how to set it because it have no throttle if you can help me out please and thank you

Answer
Start by turning the H and L out by one turn.  This will allow the snowblower to be started.  Then fine tune by turningfirst the L then the H.  Dont turn the H needle in to far or you will create a lean running condition.  This will ruin the engine.

The proper way is to use a tachometer to set the engine.
