Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 1991 8 HP Snapper mower, snapper dealer, snapper mower

I am thinking about purchasing a 1991 Snapper mower with a B &
S 8 hp engine- The gentleman told me that his grandfather had less then 25 hours on it. What should I be looking for as a ware factor or were there problems with this model.

This is a good product.   Check with a snapper dealer in your area as some parts may not be available for it anymore.   Snapper was purchsed by Briggs and Stratton and may not offer parts for some of the older units

Other then that you are most likely going to have to replace belts and tires.
