Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): LEAFBLOWER PROBLEMS, carb adjustments, gas mixture

3 YEAR OLD POULON PRO LEAFBLOWER.SPARK IS GOOD WITH SPARK TESTER.I REPLACED CARB WITH NEW ONE.SAME PROBLEM.ONLY RUNS AT HALF CHOKE %26 HALF THROTTLE.DIES OUT AT FULL THROTTLE.I HAVE CARB ADJUSTING TOOL AND PUT BOTH AT 2 1/2 TURNS OUT.I ADJUST THEM FOR LITTLE BETTER IDLE BUT NO HELP.GAS MIXTURE IS NEW ALSO.ANY IDEAS? ON THE 2 CARB ADJUSTMENTS.

It sounds like you did all the right things. Remove the muffler and see if it is open. While the muffler is off, look at the piston and cylinder and see if either of them are scored. In our shop, if that is the case we don't repair because it would cost more that what the blower is worth.
