Can I convert to electric start ? Where can I get the parts ?

Answer
Possible but expensive.  You would need a flywheel, alternator, wire harness charging system, starter, solenoid, switch, battery.

You could purchase the parts on-line or look for a seized or non-running electric start engine on Ebay as a parts donor engine.
