Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Briggs Fuel Pump, leaf vacuum, needle valve

I have a Baker leaf vacuum with a Briggs 9 hp engine electric start.  It was running good, and suddenly stopped like it ran out of gas.  I added gas but no luck.  Checked and cleaned the carb I sprayed carb cleaner in carb, and it ran.  So I replaced the fuel pump.  Same problem.  I can fill the bowl with gas, and it'll run till it runs out of gas.  Checked all the lines they seem clear
Whats the next step?

When you cleaned the carb, did you also make sure all the jets and ports were open? Also check the needle valve for proper operation. Check the in-line filter (if it has one) and then check your fuel tank for trash that could be blocking fuel flow. Let me know what you find.
