Questioni have checked the air filter and it is cleaned, it is full of fuel, and oil, the spark plug has a spark, it will crank but wont start what else can be wrong with it
AnswerJimmy, Spray a little bit of carb cleaner or Flammable WD40 into the carb and then see if it starts. It should start for a few seconds and quit. IF it does you need a new carb or carb servicing.
What is happening is that the engine is not getting fuel.
