what is the measurement of the placement distance for the drive pully from the bottom of motor

Answer
The distance of the drive pulley depends on the mower application.  As a general rule, the belt should be level from the engine pulley to the next pulley for transmission belts.  Deck belts may have a slight downward angle depending on the cutting height/level.  Typicall deck belt are level then the deck is in the highest position and the blades dis-engaged.
