Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Idler Pully Installation, running board, lawn tractor

Question
I have a Craftsmen Lawn Tractor 42" mower, Model # 917.272060.
I had to replace the stationary idler pulley.  I believe I have not reassembled the stationary, moving pulleys and related parts correctly as the belt smokes when engaged and blades are always engaged.  Belt was also replaced.  Is there a diagram to show exactly the correct placement of the parts?

Answer
Here is the blowup from Sear's site, the is also a routing schematic on the bottom of the running board of your mower.
With the belt off, you need to make sure there are no locked up pullies, etc..

You need to step back and look at it, and follow the belt.

And see what is locked up or wrong...
