I put motor oil in the transmission on accident.  Is there a way I can drain the transmission and is there some kind of transmission cleaning fluid i can run thru the transmission and then put regular transmission fluid in

Depending upon how MUCH engine oil you put in the trans, All you can do is drain and replace the trans filter every 100 miles until you no longer see any oil residue.

OR you can take it to a shop where they have the equipment to flush out the trans.
