Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): blowers and pressure washer, backpacker 2, lean condition

I have a quantum pressure washer 6.5 hp 2350 psi model number ef-01902 it runs but only when its half choked. I have already replaced the spark plug.what else can i do. I also have home lite backpacker 2 blower that when you put the gas all the way down it just bogs down but if you put the throtle about half to three quarter it blows just fine

The pressure washer needs a carburetor rebuild or replacement.  It's probably more cost-effective to just replace this one.  Having to run it with the choke on is an indicator of an overly lean condition.  It's very common on these engines to have the carb stopped up and the seat faulty.  We replace them probably half the time.

The blower would take some diagnosis.  It could be the plug, the spark arrestor being dirty, the carburetor and the fuel filter for the most likely causes.
