Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Stihl FS85 trimmer, stihl fs85, starter cord

Question
I have a FS85 trimmer that has a broke pull starter cord. I purchased a new cord from the dealer. The one that I got from the dealer has two plastic stoppers on it. There is one right at the end that is shaped like a little mushroom that obviously fits inside the top of the handle and there is another stopper about three inches down that I would guess is supposed to keep the handle from winding up tight against the starter housing. I can't figure out how to get the stoppers off of the cord to thread the cord through the handle.

Answer
The spool that they sold you the cord off of was supposed to make it easy for the dealer and the customer, but they were supposed to sell
just 1 "stopper"...
The other end should be melted with a match, to make it easy to thread through the holes needed.  Just cut the other stopper off.
