Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): connecting linkages, briggs and stratton, throttle plate

Question
Hi I have a snapper riding mower model# 83034278 with a Briggs and Stratton 10hp engine model# 255707 type 0106-01 and was looking for detailed information on how to connect the various linkages for the choke, throttle, and the govenor spring.  These three items are disconnected. Can you please help or provide a place to look.  The Briggs and Stratton website shows me the parts but not how to connect them.  Thank you for your help and time.

Answer
I have not found an online manual or pictures containing the information you need. Even the Briggs manual doesn't have very good pictures.

The link from the governor arm connects the the carburetor butterfly shaft.  The choke link connects to the carburetor choke shaft.

The governor spring is connected to the governor arm and the throttle plate control...the part that moves when you adjust the throttle.  The spring connects behind the plate, opposite of where you connect the throttle cable.

Do you have a friend who has a similar engine?  Most of the 8-12 HP linkages are all the same.

We do not have any in the shop now or I would take some pictures.  Have you tried the Snapper forums to see if anyone could send you some pictures?
Let me know if this helps.
