Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Poulan blower, fuel line, fuel tank

Weedeater (Poulan) blower Model FL1500 with Walbro carb. There are two fuel lines running from the fuel tank to the carb. First question is, does the actual fuel line (with the pickup attached) hook to the carb inlet which is closest to the primer bulb, or the lower inlet. Also, I can get the engine to run for a few seconds, then it cuts off. Any suggestions on what to check? Thanks.

What is the carb model?  There will be a type code, WA, WTA or similar and a number stamped on the carb body.  I need the number to look up your carb.

Have you adjusted the carb?  Refer to the link below for your carburetor service manual;
