Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): scag, spec numbers, artem

Ok, 2002 Scag Model STT31BSD (this one has a diesel engine)
It is broken becuase the engine froze. Do you know what i should do? Can i buy a whole new engine, and if yes then from who?
