Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): gutless mower, lubrication problems, head gasket

Question
Hi, I have a talon lawn hawk with a surefire engine.  lawn mower model number am3035.
The mower dies in power the minute you hit any grass longer than 2inches.  It doesn't stop if I pull it backwards and then forward again.  I cannot find any info on adjusting a governor on this model.  The mower never revs out.  Even flat out it seems mild. starts well does everything else well, it is just very very weak.  mowing in one pass would be a miracle.

thank you for your time

4.  LACK OF LUBRICATION PROBLEMS.

5.  CARB IMPROPERLY ADJUSTED.

6.  EXHAUST OBSTRUCTED.

7.  IMPROPERLY VALVE LASH

8.  LOSS OF COMPRESSION (WORN RINGS, BLOWN HEAD GASKET)

HOPE THIS INFORMATION HELPS.
