i have no spark .renewed coil,is there 2 different types of (coil )changed contacts and condenser still no spark,havent tryed holding ht lead yet (chicken out) its a pull start engine serial no310a17929 any ideas

>>There should be Markings that Say, "This Side Out/Up" on the Coil.
>>If you Mount a New Coil with the Markings Showing (which is the correct Way) and it is Not Firing, then Turn the Coil Over. Sometimes the Coils are Marked Wrong at the OEM and Turning them Over will Correct the No Fire Problem.
>>Did you Lightly Polish the Contacts before Installation? If No, there May be a Light Protective Coating/Film on them that is Preventing the Contacts from Actually Touching and Operating Properly.
