Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): white riding lawnmower, lt 1800, key switch

Question
where is the fuse to a white riding lawnmower LT 1800
can't seem to find it.   look around the red battery cable,
around the ignition switch,  not there either.    does it have
a fuse somewhere in the wiring.

You  will find a sticker on the rear of the mower, maybe under the fender or seat.  The sticker is about the size of a businees card and contains your mower model number.  You can use the model number to look up the wiring schematic.

Fuses are usually located near the ignition switch.  If your fuel tank is mounted near the ignition switch the fuse may be lying behind the fuel tank.

I am guessing the key switch is not turing the engine.
