I removed this engine off a jacobsen greens mower model A 984H. It's 4 hp 4 stroke and made in japan, the only markings on it are EC7OD 107491G. I'm wondering who actually made the engine? Or did Jacobsen textron, the maker of the greens mower, actually make the engine also. Thanks for your help.

You can View a Breakdown of the Mower at this Site Addy; http://www.wfmiller.com/home.asp and Select Parts from the List at the Top of the Page. Then Select Shop Online Parts Look Up. Then Select the Model Tab. Now Select the OEM Jacobens Turf Care. Then Enter the Model Numbers (A984H) and Click Search. Now Select your Model and Double Click on it. Now Select the Section you Wish to View. You will See 9 of these Listed.
