Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro CCR 2000, assembly drawings, adjustment screw

Question
I have a 1995 Toro ccr2000 snowthrower model # 38180.  It starts easily and seems to run fine, however, it only throws the snow a short distance, even if the snow is powder.

Answer
Hello Bob:

>>You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower at this Site Addy, https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/default.cfm and Select Start Parts Viewer. Now Enter the Model Numbers (38180) and Click Search. Now Select View Assembly Drawings for your Year Model.
>>If this is a Non-Regulated (Automatic Rev Carburetor), then Set the Governor to make Sure it has Not Slipped on the Governor Shaft and is Operating Correctly. This Style Carburetor is Supposed to Increase the Engines RPMs whenever there is a Load on the Unit.
>>To Increase the Engine Speed Manually; Start by Turning the Idle Adjustment Screw Clockwise 1/4 to 1/2 Turn and Operate the Unit.
>>If this Carburetor Does Not have an Idle Adjustment, then you have to Slightly Bend the Idle Stop Tab Until the Proper Revs Are Acquired.
>>Please, Do Not Hesitate, If you Hit a Snag, if I Missed Something or this Does Not Correct the Problem, I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
