Motorcycle Repair: Honda Cub, honda cub, cub 50

I bought a Cub 50, blue with original solo seat - frame is stamped C106-J10093. I am restoring this scooter but can't find any info about a C106. Tag on wiring harness is gone.
Is there another number elsewhere on the bike?

Mark, Are you sure that the serial number isn't a C105? That would be a 55cc Cub model from the early 1960s.

The engine number should start with C105(?) then a different series of numbers than the frames. Motor number is on the left, down by the shift lever on a flat pad.
