Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): john deere 325, kawasaki engines, hose clamps

Question
I had to replace the main seal on the drive shaft. After i completed the seal replacement and installed the motor back on the tractor i can not get it to start. I am not getting any gas to the head. The spark plug does not have any gas on it. I unplugged the fuel line at the bowl of the carburetor and turned over the motor and i get gas. I am at the end of things to try. Please help

>>Are you Using the Spring Style Hose Clamps or the Screw Style Hose Clamps? If Using the Spring Style Clamps, then Replace them with the Screw Style Clamps. This will Eliminate the Possibility of a Vacuum Leak in the Fuel System to the Carburetor.
>>Send me the Engine Model Numbers, Please. This Unit Uses 6 Different Kawasaki Engines. Thanks.
