Questionhi i have a1995 mtdtecumseh engine hssk50 snow blower i rebuilt carb and started w/ both screws 1 1/2 turns out.. but no change from before. wont idle on low setting only runs on high... dont bog under load.. but after three minutes of running it screams like it is going to tae off to the moon..... all i can do is stop it....not sure where to go w/this......

>>If the Engine Still Runs Full Throttle, then Reverse the Rotation of the Governor Shaft, but Still Hold the Carburetor at Full Throttle with the Governor Arm.
