Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Shifter Stuck In 4th, proper manuals, select shop

Question
I have a Murray select riding mower that is stuck in 4th gear.  The Briggs engine model # is 28R707. Type is 1120-E1. Code is 030815ZE.

The body model # is 309007X8. I can push the clutch in and the lawnmower starts and when I let the clutch out, it moves fine, but when I have the clutch in, it isnt able to be pushed. I have to pick the back end up off the ground to roll it around.  I cant move the shifter when the clutch is pushed in.  I think that if I can get around that problem, then it will be fixed.  Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?  I dont think its the trans itself, just something holding up the shifter.  Those were all the numbers I could find, if there is anything else you need, please let me know.

Hello Jason:

>>You can View a Breakdown of this Mower At this Site Addy; http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Select Shop Online Parts Lookup. Select the Model Tab. Select the OEM and Enter the Model Numbers 309007X8. Now Double Click on your Model in the Results Area. Now Select Sectional View. Now Select the Section of the Mower you Wish to View.
>>The Mower Breakdown Does Not give me the Transaxle Model for this Mower because there are Several Different Transaxles Used.
>>On the Transaxle is an OEM Identification Plate. Send me the Information Off of This Plate, Please. With this Information, I can Locate the Proper Manuals and Better Assist You.
