Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): craftman chain saw, ketchup bottle, walbro carb

2.0/14 craftman saw model S1375 has a Walbro carb.
Saw won't start yet new spark plug , good spark.
Appears not to be getting fuel

Will is start if you squirt fuel/oil mix directly into the carb?  I use an old dinner style ketchup bottle with the long tip to squirt a small about of fuel/oil mix directly into the carburetor.  If the engine tries to start then you know the compression, ignition and timing are good.  This leaves only the fuel system to fault.

Let me kwow if the engine tries to start.
