1964 toro model190402 snowblower no forward movement of tires or reverse shifter engages correct but no spinning of wheels how do i replace shearpin??

Did you find the model number on a sticker located on the snowblower?  The model number sticker is about the size of a business card and is usuall found on the lower rear snowblower housing or under the handle assembly.

I could not locate the model number you provided.  The model number you provided looks like a Briggs and Stratton 8 horsepower engine.

Let me know the snowblower model number so I can look up the drivetrain for your machine.
