Hi John, My follow up question is.....as per the accompanying photo, have I connected the tubes correctly, and I gather, the tubes must be sealed where they enter the tank. Tube 2 runs to the filter on the bottom of the tank. A merry Christmas to you and your Family.

Answer
Hi Again Ron:

The Fuel Lines should be Self Sealing. The Lines are Supposed to be of a Diameter that the have a Snug Fit and Prevent the Fuel Mix from Leaking out of the Tank. To View a Breakdown of this Unit Go to this Site Addy, http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/index.action?sid=PSHx20080114x00001 and Enter the Model Numbers 358.799211 and Click Search. From this Page you can View Diagrams and Parts Lists for you Equipment Using the "View Sub Components" Section Near the Bottom Left. Select the Carburetor Sub Component. Looking at the Breakdown; the Inlet Port is Connected to the Port at the Top of the Carburetor Diagram Shown. You can See the Fuel Inlet Screen (#7). The Inlet Port should be Near the Carburetor Plate with a Single Screw in the Center of the Plate. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Have a Happy Holiday Season and May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Happy. Thanks.

Good Luck
