Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): homelite leaf blower, leaf blower, mechanical problems

i have a homelite ut08981 26cc blower.it was just purchased it will not go to high speed.i noticed there is no way to adjust the carb.with out a special tool what do i need to get to adjust the carb. any help will be great.thanks Lawrence

I Suggest you Return the Blower and Exchange it for Another One or have it Adjusted at your Local Authorized Small Engine Service Center Under Waranty. The Tool for Adjusting the Carburetor Usually has to be Ordered from the Carburetor Manufacturer. Till Next Time.
