Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): model 38185 s/n 7017031 snow blower, fuel leaks, assembly drawings

Question
I have this snowblower and I reassembled the float and float spring. Now when I had put it all back together the fuel leaks from the bolt on the bottom of the bowl, I can hand tighten this bolt but, when I used a wrench on it the bolt just spins.  I used carb cleaner to rinse off the inside of the carb.

Answer
Hello Steve:

You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower at this Site Addy, https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/default.cfm and Select Start Parts Viewer. Now Enter the Model Numbers (38185) and Click Search. Now Select View Assembly Drawings for your Year Model (1987). Select the Carburetor File. If the Bolt that will Not Tighten is #24 in the Carburetor Breakdown, then the Carburetor will have to be Replaced if the Bolt Threads are in Good Condition. The Carburetor is Stripped and the Bowl Mount Bolt can Not Hold the Bowl Properly to the Carburetor Body. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Have a Happy Holiday Season and May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Happy. Thanks.

Good Luck
