Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): giant vac leaf blower, giant vac leaf blower, briggs and stratton

Hi,
I have a Briggs 5 hp giant vac with a cracked block (model #130202 type 3109 code 87110527). I would like to get a replacement engine for it but have no idea what to look for. Any suggestions for a replacement? Also is there a special puller to get the impeller off the crank shaft?

Is there a bolt in the center of the impeller holding it on?  If so, then remove the bolt and the impeller is supposed to slide off.  Are there any holes in/near the center of the impeller?


After the impeller is removed you can use the site below to find a direct replacement engine.  You will need to measure the crankshaft length, diameter and the threads to find the replacement engine part number.  The site is Briggs and Stratton, Customer Service.  Type in "Replacement Engine" and it will link you to the page.
