Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Dynamark snow thrower, shear bolts, snow thrower

Question
I have a Dynmark model 5360-6800 serial #365148 that needs some help.

I recently picked up one of these for a few dollars. The engine and transmission work well as does the auger that throws the snow up the snow chute. What does not work is the auger that picks up the snow. I need any information on this machine; like can I get owners manual, and where would I go for parts? Any help on identifying the above machine would be appreciated.
Thanks
Dave

Answer
Parts can be difficult to find and there are no owner's manuals available any longer.

Is there a shear bolts on the 2nd stage of the blower?  Most units have shear bolts intended to break if too much pressure is exerted on the impeller.

It is also possible there is a key on the 2nd stage.  My best advice is to dis-assemble the blower chute and inspect the key/shearbolt. You can usually seperate the chute/bucket from the machine with a few bolts.

With parts hard to find, you can use other brand parts and adapt them to your machine.  Such parts include shear bolts, knifes and bucket skids.

Sorry I can't be more helpful but there if very little support for Dynamark products these days.
