Yesterday I asked about the age and hp of a motor and you replied you needed the sears model no.  It is 217-58621-0 and the serial no. is 5D 245639.  The tecumseh nos. were T380A and 7583236. Thanks Alvin

Alvin, it appears to me to be either a 1976, or 1975 9.9 hp.....It's a oldie and hard to find. If you need parts go to: www.searspartsdirect.com
Put in the model number, and you'll find the arts are still available through Sears, or at least most of them.......Tom
