Honda Repair: crankshaft pulley bolt, crankshaft pulley, pulley bolt

I am having trouble removing the crankshaft pulley bolt?  It is a 2000 honda Odussey.

Loosens like very other bolt but will get stuck.  You either need a lot of air pressure or the special tool that is only available from Honda or the tool trucks (Snapon)  Costs about $75-100.  This tool allows you to hold the crank pulley from turning as there is no other way to do this without the tool.
