Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): old mastercraft snowblower that kneeds help, mastercraft snowblower, wire tie

i have a master craft snowblower i just got it. It is old but i have got it started and it will run it is hard to start up even after i just shut it off and dont know what els todo i want the oil is fresh gas is fresh i have taken just the float out and kleened it with the needle new plug. i have work work and worked on it i dont no my next step and i seen some sparks by the plug and the head. dont know where it is comeing from though but i had a few come out the muffler when i was trying to start it but these arnt coming out the muffler can you please please help??

Take the carb off again.  Take it apart and clean all air and fuel passages with a wire from a wire tie.  Blow out with carb cleaner or compressed air.   Install new carb kit and use new mounting gaskets.  Be sure there is good fuel flow to the carb.  The sparks coming from the muffler is nothing to worry about.  If you have spark jumping from the plug to the engine while running put a new plug in.  Hope this information helped.
