Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Lawn mower gas line drain valve, fuel stabilizer, drain valve

Question
After I purchased a new riding lawn mower I installed an inline cutoff valve just before the filter for ease of changing it.  Also, every Fall, I use the cutoff to then disconnect the gas line to drain the tank and run the engine out of gas for the Winter.  However, it has occurred to me if I had an inline drain valve, I would not have to disconnect the line each time.  Does anyone make a 1/4" inline gas drain valve?

Answer
I've never seen one would you could try is purchasing a brass fitting that would slide into the hose on each side and then have a drain in the center.  Be sure you are using fuel stabilizer in the fuel during storage.  The stabilizer should be run so that it gets into the fuel system.
