Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Self propelsion is weak, personal pace, drip system

I have a Toro, Model #20017 with 'Personal Pace Self Propel'.
The wheels don't seem to get enough power. I suspect the drive belt is too loose.  Is there a place to tighten the belt and if not is there a web site that will show me how to change it.

Follow the cable from the personal case drive handle to the transmission make your adjustment air if you want to adjust the belt.  The cable tilts the transmission and tightens the belt at the same time.  Depending upon the hours you may just need a new belt.

Go to www.toro.com  and click  residential and then customer care.  Make your way to the product center and in their you will be able to enter your model number and get into an inter-active service manual for this mower and drip system.  I hope this information helps.
