Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Kawasaki engine backfires on start, kawasaki engine, question pool

I have a Kawasaki fc420v-dsoo engine that ex. backfires been over flywheel key ,carb.adj.valves still backfires.    turns over along period of time starts after backfire also new spark plug. can you help?
