Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Search for electric starter for snow thrower, briggs stratton engine, briggs stratton

Hi, I have a Snow Chief (SC3222D) and it has a Briggs & Stratton engine (Model: 62032. Type: 0651 01. Code: 85060713). I am trying to find an electric starter kit that will work for this but I am not having any luck as it is an older snow thrower (near 1986, I think). Could you point me in the right direction for an electric starter kit and provide the model/kit number that I'd need to give to the vendor/selling company?

The Starter and Associated Components are Briggs Part #394156 and the Cord is Briggs Part #390748. These are No Longer Available through the Regular Outlets.
