Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): merry titan tiller, spec numbers, serial num

Hi John, I have a titan tiller  - model AC 3444 - Serial num - 328-01290. I cannot seem to find any details for it on the net as I am having troubles starting it - I have worked out that there is no spark, I have checked all obvious signs - new spark plug, coil connections etc. Is there points on these models? If so where do I find them?
Also I cannot seem to get fuel to the cylinder, I have cleaned out carb, checked needle and seat - all good. Diaphragm looks good no holes etc, all gaskets are good, pick up is clean. Still no fuel! Any ideas Jon on these problems??

The Breakdown for this Unit Does Not Show a Breakdown for the Engine. Send me the Model and Type or Spec Numbers Off the Engine, Please.
